
Professional Background:
My professional journey began in the U.S. Air Force as an F-16 Avionics Systems Technician, where began to hone my skills starting with meticulous documentation, data trend analysis, and ultimately attention to detail above all else. At the end of my first enlistment, I decided to transition out of the military world and attend college at the Rochester Institute of Technology to study Management.
Since graduating, I have had the opportunity to work in a spectrum of roles from SEO, SEM, Social Media, Graphic Design, and E-Mail Marketing across multiple agencies. With each role, I have gradually finding myself gravitating toward Social Listening – a role which encompasses the skills and knowledge attained from all of these roles. Currently, as Lead Social Listening Analyst at Tellagence, I conduct complex social media data analysis leveraging a suite of analytics tools—including Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Tellagence’s proprietary “Discover” platform, and Generative AI—to perform in-depth analyses.
Personal Background:
I love DJ‘ing, electronic music production, amateur astronomy, and digital photography using my Panasonic Lumix S9, and (of course) travel!
When I’m not tinkering with technology, you can find me outdoors either at the beach, hiking trails, or exploring the city. Whenever possible, I enjoy short trips around Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Key West, Puerto Rico, and The US Virgin Islands (and the Caribbean in General!).
