Producer, DJ and label boss of Freerange, Delusions Of Grandeur and Cyphon, Jamie Odell aka Jimpster, Loxodrome and Franc Spangler has been releasing underground house sounds since 1990. His remixes for the likes of Osunlade, Kerri Chandler, Seal, and Bob Marley have become much loved classics still regularly gracing the sets of DJ’s to this day whilst he can be found playing around the world at some of the best events from Berlin and Detroit to Johannesburg and Tokyo.

MAJ is my first port of call when needing a dose of inspiration so geting the chance to spin some of my favourite records on that amazing system was a real pleasure! For the occasion, I revisited some of the tracks that inspired my own personal journey into electronic music, selecting records from the seminal early ’90s era of UK ambient techno and electronica.
